Mary Vaughan

Mary VAUGHAN is my seventh great grand aunt; she is the daughter of my eighth great grandparents Captain Joseph and Joanna (THOMAS) VAUGHAN.  She was born the ninth of eleven children, born 6 October 1694 in Middleborough, Massachusetts.[1]  She married Ebenezer COBB (my seventh great grand uncle, son of Jonathan and Hope (CHIPMAN) COBB) between 1719 and his death in 1721, in Falmouth now Portland, Maine.[2]  They are unrelated by blood.  She then married John MARINER 16 February 1724/5 in Ipswich, Massachusetts.[3]  John and Mary had two daughters:  Mary and Hannah.  Mary died before 15 November 1737 probably in Falmouth (now Portland), Maine.[4]
