Deborah Perkins

Deborah PERKINS is my first cousin six times removed, we are related through her grandparents my sixth great grandparents, Captain William and Elizabeth (PERKINS) WESCOTT and she her great grandparents my eighth great grandparents *Jacob and Anna (LITTLEFIELD) PERKINS.  She is the youngest of three children born to Nathaniel and Elizabeth (WESCOTT) PERKINS.  She was born 16 October 1787 in Penobscot, Maine.[1]  She married her first cousin through her grandparents Sparks and Phebe (SAWYER) PERKINS and second cousin once removed through her great grandfather *Jacob and Lydia (STOVER) PERKINS, Stephen PERKINS 3 September 1809 in Penobscot, Maine.[2]  Stephen and Deborah had two daughters:  Mary and Joanna C.  Deborah died November 1833; she is buried in the Stephen Perkins Cemetery in Penobscot.

 

*Jacob PERKINS had one son illegitimately and two other sons with different wives, the mothers of these sons are somewhat confused.
